A tenet is a shared principle held to be true by members of an organization. The Tenets we hold as
part of AZTIG clan must be reflected in every aspect of our game and in the way we interact with our colleagues.
All Team members should hold themselves accountable for modeling these tenets and
should cultivate the qualities embodied in these tenets and integrate them into their approach not just in gaming
but in real life as well.

I. Model Integrity
We hold ourselves to the highest standards of integrity and professional conduct and do what is best for the
organization and our mission.
- NO CHEATING. NO HACKING. NO GLITCHING OF ANY KIND. NO MODS THAT GIVE YOU ANY UNFAIR ADVANTAGE
AGAINST YOUR OPPONENTS.
-MEMBERS SHOULD NEVER HAVE ANOTHER CLAN AT THE SAME TIME AS THEIR MEMBERSHIP IN THIS CLAN.
-NO SHARING OF CLASSIFIED CLAN INFORMATION TO OTHERS

II. Lead by Example
We set the example for game and forum ethics and demonstrate the willingness and knowledge in teamwork to do any missions for the clan.
-RESPECT EVERYONE. RESPECT THE HIERARCHY AND THE CHAIN OF COMMAND.
-WE DELEGATE AUTHORITY BUT NOT RESPONSIBILITY.
-WE TAKE OWNERSHIP OF OUR CLAN AND HOLD OURSELVES ACCOUNTABLE FOR IMPROVING PERFORMANCE AND MAKING
OUR ORGANIZATION STRONGER.
-WE ADMIN OUR SERVERS DILIGENTLY AND W/ ALL LOYALTY TO OUR PRINCIPLES.
-THERE WILL BE NO RACIAL, ETHNIC, GENDER BASED INSULTS OR ANY KIND OR FORMS OF PERSONAL DESCRIMINATION FROM MEMBERS.
-NO SPAMMING IN OUR FORUMS

III. Inspire
We develop and communicate a vision for how our unit can most effectively contribute to the division's or our clan's mission.
-SACRIFICE FOR THE TEAM'S SAKE IF NECESSARY. NO SHOWBOATING AND NO INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE IN GAME.
HELPING ONE ANOTHER IS TOP PRIORITY.
-NO MENTION OF DRUGS OR ANY ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE IN THE FORUMS OR IN GAME CHAT.
-PORNOGAPHIC IMAGES, PIRATED SOFTWARES, OR ANY OTHER ILLEGAL TRANSACTIONS MAY NOT BE LINKED TO THE CLAN IN ANY
SHAPE OR FORM.

IV. Learn Constantly
We deepen our personal self -awareness in order to cultivate our talents and mitigate mission-critical weaknesses.
-MEMBERS SHOULD BE ABLE TO JOIN OUR COMMS/MEETINGS/FORUMS AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK.
-ALL MEMBERS SHOULD SHARE ANY EFFECTIVE PERSONAL TACTICS/STRATEGIES/INTEL WITH THE WHOLE CLAN.

V. Practice Diplomacy
We engage in public diplomacy to advance our organizational goal.
-NO ABUSIVE/BAD LANGUAGE IN GAME AND IN FORUMS AT ANY TIME.
-NO ACCUSING ANYONE OF CHEATING/HACKING, NO DISCUSSION OF CHEAT/HACK IN PUBLIC.

VI. Build Great Teams
We recruit only high caliber candidates for our team, train them right from the start, build trust, and foster a sense of
pride and mutual support in the team. We serve the team by eliminating obstacle, resolving conflicts, obtaining appropriate
resources, and celebrating success.
-WE WILL CONTRIBUTE TO OUR MONTHLY SERVER/COMMS/WEBSITE HOSTING DUES
-10% OF ANY TOURNAMENT PRICE RECEIVED BY THE TEAM/INDIVIDUAL UNDER THE TEAM SHALL BE DONATED TO THE CLAN.

VII. Develop the Next Generation
We take seriously our responsibilities as teachers, coaches and mentors and work to develop the skills necessary to play those
roles effectively.
-ALL SPECIAL SKILLS AND TALENTS SHOULD BE SHARED WITH THE CLAN INCLUDING TECHNICAL INFORMATION
TO HELP MEMBERS IN NEED.
-WE WILL PROVIDE REGULAR TRAINING SEESIONS TO OUR MEMBERS TO MAKE THEM AS COMPETITIVE AS ANY MEMBER
IN THE TEAM.
-WE WILL ENCOURAGE ALL FUTURE GAMERS AND NEW RECRUITS TO CONTINUE AND LIVE BY THE TENETS OF THE CLAN
AND INSTILL TO THEM OUR PRINCIPLES.
-WE WILL NOT FORGET TO HAVE A GOOD TIME ALONG THE WAY. THIS IS WHAT THE CLAN IS ALL ABOUT…THE FUN AND
THE CAMARADERIE.
